If you are a beginner and dont know know what to do when it comes to weightlifting, come and join us and have some fun while getting fit!

Intermediate

Wednesday: 6pm
Want to take the next step in your fitness journey and start increasing those weights and improve your technique? Come and join us as we grow together.

Advanced

Friday: 6pm
Already know your way around free weights, come and challenge youself as you learn olympic weightlifting techniques to take yourself and your body to the next level.

ABOUT US

We are a female only weight lifting club that meet up 3 times a week at the York Sport Gym. We provide classes for different fitness levels beginner, intermidiate and advanced to get you fit and strong!

We offer a subscription of £19.99 a month!
Each subscription comes with a nutrition plan from a qualified nutritionist.
